Odynaut is a trip-planning app for people who enjoy planning travel — building a day-by-day itinerary, comparing flight options in cash and points/miles, and saving places to visit. This page is where you can get help, ask questions, and learn how to manage your account. Odynaut is available as a website and as a native iOS app that share one account.

Common questions
Is Odynaut free?
Yes. Odynaut is completely free to use. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid or locked features — every feature is available to everyone at no cost.
What are the “points & miles” balances?
Many travelers pay for flights using airline frequent-flyer miles or credit-card travel rewards they have earned in the real world. In Odynaut you can optionally type in those balances (for example, “Avios — 50,000”) so the app can help you compare and plan flight redemptions. These are just reference numbers you enter yourself — Odynaut does not sell, buy, grant, or connect to any points, and the points are not a currency inside the app.
How do I create a trip?
Open the app and tap to create your first trip, give it a name and dates, then add cards for flights, hotels, activities, and meals on the Calendar tab. You can also save places to research on the Places tab and compare routes on the Plan tab.
How does the “Near me” feature use my location?
Only when you tap Near me, and only while you are using the app, Odynaut uses your current location to find restaurants, cafes, and attractions close to you so you can save them to your trip. Your location is used for that search and is not stored or tracked.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from inside the app: open the More tab and tap Delete account (you will be asked to confirm twice). On the web app, use the Account menu → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you prefer, email us and we will delete it for you.
I am having trouble signing in or my trips are not syncing
First, make sure you have an internet connection and are signed in with the same method (email, Apple, or Google) you used originally, since each is a separate account. If the problem continues, email us at the address above with your device details and we will help.
