Odynaut — Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Odynaut. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid plans purchased through our website. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a new Plus or Pro subscription, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first purchase of a plan; renewals are covered separately below.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll work with you — typically a refund of the renewal if you haven't made significant use of the plan in that new period. To avoid renewal charges entirely, cancel before your renewal date.

Founding Lifetime purchases

A "Founding Lifetime" purchase is a one-time payment. The same 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days it is non-refundable.

Purchases made through Apple

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple processed that payment and Apple handles those refunds. Request them through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) — we're unable to refund App Store purchases directly.

How to request a refund

Email getodynaut@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you'd like refunded. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
